Location of Sale:
Our warehouse & operations are in the State of California. All products are sold to you in California with title & ownership passing from us to you in California at the time full payment is received. All orders delivered within California will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

All things related to your order are governed by & construed under the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict/choice of law principles.

Shipping:
All shipping prices quoted are for ground shipping in the continental United States. By arranging for the transportation of wine to you, we are acting on behalf of you, the purchaser, and makes no representations as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into your state or any state. You, as the buyer, are responsible for understanding the laws regarding alcohol shipments & sales and/or use taxes or other applicable taxes that may apply to you & the location of delivery.
Further, you hereby consent that you are complying with & acting in accordance with the laws of the location of delivery. Any shipment that is seized or destroyed due to a violation of shipping laws or common carrier policies is not refundable or replaceable.
We generally ship wine on Monday or Tuesday to reduce the chance your wine will sit idle over the weekend at a shipping facility. During favorable weather conditions, we also ship on Wednesday & Thursday. If we notify you that it’s too hot or cold to ship and you agree to delay the shipment to you then you agree not to penalize us on eBay for violating the 1-business day or other such shipping timeframe we have listed on eBay. We are always happy to hold your wines in our facility for up to six months to combine your shipments and/or wait for ideal weather.
Wine Liability in Transit:
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to purchases while in transit, including damage related to extreme heat or cold. You are entitled to a refund solely for breakage or if your package is lost by the carrier while in transit but only if insurance was specifically requested and purchased by you. In either of these cases, you should contact us immediately to assist you in notifying the carrier and submitting a claim.
Shipping Address:
A street address at which an adult over 21 years of age is available during daytime hours to receive wine is required. Therefore, we recommend a business address whenever possible. Note: wine cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
Shipping Cost:
21 per bottle and add $4 per bottle for each additional bottle up to 12 bottles for shipments within the continental United States. We can provide a quote for orders that include more than 12 bottles or international orders. Please email us.
