Returns: All claims for defective product must be made within the first 30 days following delivery. A Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA) must be assigned for all returning products. You can request a RMA by eBay message. All packages with out RMA# will be hold aside until claimed. If a product arrives and has damage during postage please take digital photos of the package. In any return situation the buyer is responsible for all return postage.
Shipping: All paid orders will be processed for shipping on the same day unless paid after 2:30pm Pacific Time cut off time. Orders placed after cut off time Fridays, weekends and US Federal Holidays will be processed the following business day.
