Please note that orders received on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be dispatched the following working day for stock items. If you buy an item on a Friday, or over the weekend, the next working day for dispatch is Monday as we do not dispatch over the weekend. Postage delays caused by postal delays, postage strikes or bad weather are beyond our control. If there are postal delays we will inform you as to the new expected delivery time frame as soon as possible. If you order larger items or if you order several items together we may send them via courier. Shipping Information In line with the Sales of Goods Act 1979 we will refund or exchange any items that are faulty within 30 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. Where the goods are faulty, we will be liable for the cost of shipping/handling.
We will also exchange or refund non faulty goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging and condition. Postage will not refunded by us, in these circumstances. We advise you send the items recorded delivery as we cannot refund items that get lost in the post on return to us.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, prior to returning your item please contact us in writing as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
