Fillet Steak Beef Jerky

This is the finest grass feed organic beef the Cotswold's has to offer, we take the whole fillet and hand slice it  into thin disks then marinate the fillet steaks for 3 days in the best teriyaki sauce that we make ourselves we then mix New Zeeland Manuka honey and the very best Cotswold honey to create a beautiful blend of honey that also has great health qualities 
Our teriyaki contains no alcohol only the botanicals of japan that they use to make their wine with, combined with freshly squeezed grape juice  from our own press.  The fillet steaks are then hand turned every 8 hours to insure proper marination and then slowly dehydrated for about 10 to 12 hours again turning the trays every 45 mins to insure Even drying A lot of ATD ( attention to detail ) goes into all of our beef jerky but this one is rather special  If you would like to have our filet steak jerky in a different flavour please message us to inquire  I am not even sure if anyone else makes fillet steak jerky, but i do know we have quite a few happy customers that are glad we do its available in a 25 gm sample pack 100 gm personnel pack 500 gm stash pack and 1 kg party pack we look forward to your custom and support  Thanks from the Campbells and Texs Smokehouse
